We offer classes for both adults and children. New students may register at any time during the month. Your first intro class is FREE. At The Art, there are no contracts to sign.

With over 40 years of experience in Martial Arts, I have found that it is not only a sport…it is a way of life. Fighting through everyday life’s struggles can bring us all down, but finding the proper outlet is key to proper function. Martial Arts has been that for me and it can be for you, as well.

We offer mixed martial arts (MMA) style classes. These classes are design to build discipline, endurance and confidence.

PARTIES

Looking for a different pre-wedding outing? Clowns and puffy-suited weird guys aren't your thing? You and your guests will enjoy learning martial arts tactics, run obstacles and many more rigorous activities. 

PRIVATE LESSONS

At The Art, you have personal training at your convenience. Sessions can be tailored to you and your family's lifestyle needs.
